As you have experienced greater freedom, honesty, and love, I’m sure you are wondering how to experience that spiritual reality more frequently. Once you have made sense of your inner world, healed past traumas, and become more conscious about your life, the final turn in the maze is to be in the Center; loving awareness, higher power in you, embodying “I AM” or presece. This is becoming a more common human reality around the globe and has a unique flavor for each individual.
This being said, the universal pattern of the human journey inward necessarily leads to a journey outward; an embodied change of loving perspective and presence. In this year 2 cohort, we will take all the learning, experience, and hope into greater consistency and action.

5 people who desire to practice conscious awareness, release dualistic thinking, and seek connection with others & a power greater than themselves (Cohort is hand selected by host)
2 90min group meetings (20 total)
1 individual spiritual direction session (10 total)

2 Spiritual Formation Retreats ($175 per retreat)
Weekly virtual meditation sessions (Free to subscribers)
